1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients, users, and visitors engaging with MDM Varanasi, whether in person or online.

• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• All services require prior booking and confirmation via our official channels.

• Appointments are subject to availability. Walk-ins are entertained as per slot feasibility.

• A confirmation message/email will be sent upon successful booking.

• Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

3. Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.

• We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

• All payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

• Advance booking fees are adjustable against the final bill, unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to notify within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

• No-shows will be treated as cancellations without refunds.

5. Service Policy

• MDM Varanasi ensures the use of professional-grade products and skilled artists.

• Results may vary based on individual skin/hair conditions and other factors.

• We are not liable for any allergic reactions, unless a prior sensitivity test is requested and conducted.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies before availing services.

6. Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. MDM is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring on the premises.

7. Photography & Social Media

• We reserve the right to photograph or video record the makeover sessions for promotional purposes, unless explicitly denied by the client in writing.

• Any photos or videos shared by the client tagging our brand may be reshared or used for marketing.

8. Code of Conduct

• Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal and legal action if necessary.

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, service names, and media, is the property of Meenakshi Dutt Makeovers Varanasi and is protected by applicable IP laws.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any dispute arising out of the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
